WOW. What a fantastic team you have!!! Obviously recruited well and trained well. They emit a sense of unity and sincere kindness. WOW AGAIN. You should be proud. You have a great business and one we shall certainly be using again next year. Well done to everyone in the team.
The property was everything I was looking for as accommodation for my party. We enjoyed a quality of accommodation that provided what one would expect but simetimes do not find….plenty of seating for the number of guests, very adequate catering facilities, a little luxury in terms of a hot tub and sauna (latter not actually used) and ease of access to the slopes
I have been blown away by the outstanding level of service I’ve received from Première Neige. From my initial enquiries to after-sales queries right through to the chalet experience and childcare, all of the staff have been amazing! I honestly never thought I’d come across this level of service from a ski holiday/chalet company.
