If you’re dreaming of an incredible ski holiday in 2018/19, Sainte Foy, home of quiet slopes, beautiful chalets & an authentic Savoyard friendly vibe, delivers.
We may be a bit biased, as we love everything our secret ski resort has to offer, but there must be few reasons why hundreds of guests return to Sainte Foy each year.
1. Sainte Foy Offers Crowd Free Skiing
Known as ‘The Jewel in the Crown’, this hidden resort has been one of the best kept secrets in The Alps for years and in fact, it’s where ski instructors from other resorts love to come on their days off! Unplug from the world & escape the busy hustle and bustle of the big resorts.
2. Fantastic Skiing for all Abilities
Sainte Foy’s slopes offer plenty of choice for beginners, intermediates & advanced skiers, as well as off-piste powder hounds.
There are currently 35km+ of piste (ski runs which have been route-marked and prepared by grooming machines) as well as designated off-piste free ride areas at Sainte Foy – ideal for all skiers and snowboarders alike.
With 2 green, 7 blue, 11 red and 4 black runs in Sainte Foy, not to mention the vast expanse of off-piste and secret forest trails and runs, there really is something for everyone in snowy Sainte Foy.
There’s such a wide variety of choice in the terrain: close knit trees (excellent on snowy days), wide open big blue pistes (great confidence builder for beginners to intermediates), rolling reds (for those who want to get those carve turns perfect) and then there is the off-piste…. A vast snowy playground for advanced boarders and skiers.
3. Authentic Alpine Vibes
Stunning views, varied runs & quaint mountain restaurants where you can relax & re-energise in the afternoon, what more could you want? It’s also very easy to head back to your Premiere Neige accommodation too, as all of our Sainte Foy properties are right in the heart of the resort – some even ski in/ski out!
4. Great Value Ski Passes
When you book a Premiere Neige ski holiday, you’ll receive Sainte Foy lift passes at discounted rates – much cheaper than purchasing in resort (although for in-resort these are just €157.63 for a 6-day adult lift pass, almost half the price of Val d’Isère and Les Arcs!) Should you wish to take a Première Neige ski safari over to one of the nearby busier resorts, you’ll receive a discount with your Sainte Foy lift pass.
5. Fantastic for Families
6. Ski extras Pre-booking Service
Ski experiences are tailor-made from start to finish – pre-book lift passes, ski hire, ski lessons & transfers or even a personalised heli-skiing experience to visit nearby ski resorts. Guests can also choose to book bespoke massage treatments in the comfort of your chalet or apartment.
7. Catered & self-catered Accommodation to suit all budgets
We have a range of chalets and apartments in Sainte Foy with options to suit all. From large groups to a couple’s getaway, guests can choose between catered accommodation with a professional chef and self-catered accommodation with fully-equipped kitchens & luxury features such as hot tubs, saunas & games rooms.
8. Location, location, location
Sainte Foy has been hailed the ‘jewel in the crown’, thanks to its location, with four other world-class resorts, just 25 minutes drive away. If you are keen to ski multiple resorts during your ski week, such as Tignes, Val d’Isere, La Rosiere and Les Arcs, it’s quite easy book an inter-resort transfer via our Concierge Team.
9. Airports & Eurostar train terminus nearby!
Getting to the Alps and booking travel can seem quite daunting, especially if you haven’t been skiing before. But have no fear, there are so many flight options now from the UK to the Alps, with Chambery just 1 hr 45 mins away from Sainte Foy and Geneva, Grenoble and Lyon around 2 hrs 45 mins away. Or, if you prefer to take the Eurostar ski train from London St Pancras, you can arrive into Bourg St Maurice train station which is just 25 minutes from resort!
10. Everything is within easy reach
The best part about Sainte Foy is that everything is so close by! All PN Sainte Foy accommodation is close to shops, bars, restaurants, ski school meeting points and the first chairlift. This means hardly any walking in ski boots and getting home after apres-ski drinks is just a hop, skip and a jump away.
